The bulk of CBS' Winter 2025 programming will premiere starting the week of Jan. 26. The bonanza starts that Sunday with the NFL on CBS' presentation of the 2025 AFC Championship Game, followed by the series premiere of Watson. What are the new shows on the CBS Winter 2025 TV schedule?
Along with all your favorites, the CBS Winter 2025 lineup features two brand-new shows: a medical-mystery series that offers a modern take on one of history's greatest detectives, and the revival of a classic game show starring an award-winning actress and talk-show host.Here’s a little more about the new shows you can look forward to:
- Watson Starring Morris Chestnut as Dr. John Watson, this CBS Original drama takes place in the months after the death of Watson’s partner (yup, Sherlock Holmes). As the head of a clinic dedicated to treating rare disorders, Watson uses his knack for seeing clues that others tend to miss in order to solve the most puzzling of medical cases.
- Hollywood Squares Actress and Emmy®-nominated talk-show host Drew Barrymore stars as the center square, while Nate Burleson – co-host of CBS Mornings and analyst for The NFL Today – hosts the new primetime iteration of this classic game show. This star-studded, tic-tac-toe game pairs two contestants with celeb guests to win money and prizes.
