Cell phone video recorded after DJ Henry was shot in his car in October 2010 shows a police officer pointing his gun at bystanders. DJ’s passenger, Desmond Hinds, is visible on the edge of the sidewalk in handcuffs. DJ was also handcuffed after being shot, and laid in the road.
