On Valentine’s Day, Bob (Billy Gardell) and Abishola (Folake Olowofoyeku) need to find a way to meet each other in the middle when it comes to affection.

On Valentine's Day, a Navy Captain is found dead in the woods, killed by an arrow. The lead suspect in the NCIS murder investigation is a woman Gibbs’ (Mark Harmon) friend, Phillip Brooks (Don Lake), met on a Navy dating app. Also, Sloane (Maria Bello) has a secret admirer.
