The New Year is off to a great start for Stephen Colbert, who has already accomplished one of his resolutions: welcoming the one-and-only Oprah Winfrey to The Late Show.
On his first show of 2017, Stephen sat down with the world-famous TV personality, magazine mogul, and lifestyle guru for a night he'll never forget.
Throughout her visit, Oprah talked about her last interview with First Lady Michelle Obama, how to make a sexy meal that'll satisfy anyone, and how to make anything—and we mean anything—sound exciting.

While Oprah has proven she can be enthusiastic about even the worst news, she really lights up when she talks about one of her idols, Michelle Obama.
For the past eight years, the world has watched the Obamas and their daughters, Sasha and Malia, grow right before their eyes; and, like many, the experience has been special for Oprah.
"For me, an African-American woman, being able to see that reflection of myself—through the girls, through [Michelle Obama]—just their presence there, I'm going to miss that," Oprah told Stephen. "It has meant so much to me."
Of course, the First Lady isn't the only one who's a role model. Millions of people are inspired by Oprah's positivity and zeal for life—from her faith to her adventures in healthy eating and exercise.
Before she left, Oprah showed Stephen how to make one of her favorite, sexy breakfast dishes that's guaranteed to make a morning person out of anyone.
Yum, indeed!
