The Bengals (2-0) are off to their best start since 2018, and yet … After sustaining a toe injury in their Week 2 win over the Jaguars, quarterback Joe Burrow will be out until at least December. Backup QB Jake Browning, who played the bulk of the Jags game, is slated to make his first start of the season on Sunday.
As for the Vikes … They're not only coming off a Week 2 loss to the Falcons, they've got quarterback issues of their own. J.J. McCarthy, who lost his rookie season to a knee injury, is out on Sunday with an ankle injury. Journeyman QB Carson Wentz has been tapped to lead the 1-1 NFC North squad into play against the Bengals.
