The 2023 NWSL regular season kicks off March 25 and will conclude with the championship on November 11. The regular season features all 12 teams in a single table, 22-match campaign with 11 home games and 11 away games per club.

In addition to the regular season, the NWSL Challenge Cup returns for its fourth year starting April 19. For the first time since its inception in 2020 the Challenge Cup will run concurrently with the regular season.

The 2022 NWSL regular season, which marks its 10th anniversary, kicked off April 29 and will conclude with the championship on Oct. 29. All 12 teams will play each other once home and away, resulting in 22 games each.
