Survivor is a survivor. Since becoming a TV phenomenon in 2000, the iconic CBS Original reality-competition series has seen hundreds and hundreds of castaways, including Survivor legends such as Sandra Diaz-Twine, Cirie Fields, "Boston" Rob Mariano, and Parvati Shallow, embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Hosted by Emmy Award® winner Jeff Probst, the show asks hopefuls to outwit, outplay, and outlast their fellow castaways — all in a bid to claim the title of Sole Survivor, and the $1 million prize.

Where to stream Survivor?

You stream all episodes of Survivor with Paramount+. And when we say "all," we mean everything – every alliance, blindside, hero, villain, genius tactic, massive blunder, and epic tribal council. Right now, there are more than 700 episodes to start watching today. The haul includes the historic Survivor Season 1, and fan favorites such as Survivor Season 20 (aka Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains), Survivor Season 28 (aka Survivor: Cagayan – Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty), and Survivor Season 33 (aka Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X).

How many Survivor seasons are there?

As of publication, there are 48 seasons of Survivor. The latest season, aka Survivor 49, is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 24. But wait, there's more -- as in, more Survivor is on the way. the much-anticipated Survivor 50, featuring an all-returnees cast, is due to premiere in Spring 2026.

As of Fall 2010, and the premiere of Survivor Season 21 (aka Survivor: Nicaragua), new episodes of Survivor have aired on CBS on Wednesdays. Wednesday, in fact, is the original Survivor day of the week. The first-ever episode of Survivor aired on CBS on Wednesday, May 31, 2000.
