Inspired by the viral video sensation, over 1,000 police, sheriffs, firefighters, and EMTs posted their #LipSyncChallenge clips online. From coast to coast, they challenged their colleagues to do the same—and submitted their entries for consideration. Fans rallied around their favorites and have already submitted 11 million votes.

The top 10 videos will be revealed as a countdown on the broadcast. When the final two are announced, you'll be able to vote live on Twitter to help crown the winner.

One of those departments, the Saratoga County, N.Y. Deputy Sheriff's Office, gets a special surprise. The show offered the department a "do-over" of their video, sending a top Nashville music video producer to help out. What the sheriffs didn't know is that a country music superstar would be involved.

The do-over was scheduled while Luke Bryan's tour happened to be in town. At the department's final rehearsal, Bryan invited them to his concert—and to perform with him live on stage that very night. It's a magical moment you don't want to miss!
