We're here to help! Lend us your hand and let us lead you through this unique experience known as Big Brother: Over the Top.

Q: I don't see any full episodes or live evictions for BB:OTT in CBS All Access. Where can I watch BB:OTT?

A: Starting on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 10 PM ET / 7 PM PT, full episodes—including the week's live eviction—will stream directly through the Live Feeds. Then, later that night, the full episode will be available on-demand on the BB:OTT video page. It will also be available on-demand on all platforms.

In addition, an updated version of the full episode—including Julie Chen's interview with the latest evicted Houseguest—will be available on-demand Thursday evening.

This schedule will run through the season finale of Big Brother: Over the Top.

Q: Where can I find all the votes for this season of BB:OTT?

A: Fans and Feeders can impact the game through the vote hub. There, you can impact the show all season long while voting for America's Nominee, America's Eviction Vote, America's Care Package, and America's Have-Nots.

Fans can vote up to 20 times per day for each open vote, and voting is only open to CBS All Access subscribers.

Here's a breakdown of each vote:

America's Nominee Vote: The HOH will nominate two Houseguests for eviction and, for the first-time ever, fans will have the opportunity to choose a third Houseguest to join them on the block.
Voting opens: Sunday at 11 PM ET / 8 PM PT

America's Eviction Vote: In addition to the house's eviction votes, fans will cast one united vote for which of the three nominated Houseguests should be evicted. The nominee who receives the most eviction votes from America will receive one extra vote during the eviction ceremony.
Voting opens: Tuesday at 5 PM ET / 2 PM PT

America's Care Package Vote: Fans can vote to send their favorite Houseguest a special advantage in the game.
Voting opens: Thursday at 1 PM ET / 10 PM PT

America's Have-Not Vote: America will be able to vote and choose three unlucky Houseguests to be Have-Nots each week.
Voting opens: Friday at 5 PM ET / 2 PM PT

Q: I missed a particular moment on the Live Feeds! When will it be available on-demand?

A: We will be making select clips available on-demand throughout the week, so keep checking the Live Feed Highlights video carousel across all devices, including CBS.com, on mobile and tablets via the CBS App for iOS, Android and Windows 10, and on Roku Players, Apple TV, Xbox One, Chromecast, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, with more connected device platforms coming soon.

The start of each competition will also be featured in the "Highlights" tab, which is only available on the desktop version of the Live Feeds player. The same goes for each Diary Room session.

Q: When can I watch Julie's interview on-demand with the latest evicted Houseguest?

A:
Due to production constraints, we don't have a specific time when this will be posted, but look out for the video to go live Thursday evening on the BB:OTT video page.

If you're watching on the CBS app or an OTT device, look for the carousel titled "Eviction Interviews."
