How many queens compete in Season 11?
A total of 18 queens will compete in the RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars‘ Tournament of All Stars in which the judges discern the look queens from drag royalty. Here’s how the competition historically has shaken out:
The 18 queens will split into three groups, each competing in their own bracket across the first three episodes. At the end of each bracket, lower scorers will sashay away and the top two queens with the most points will move on to the semi-finals. There, the top queens from the competing groups will battle it out. It all comes down to the epic finale: the Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown. There’s 200,000 dollas on the line and, more importantly, the winner will earn a coveted place in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.
Because each of these queens done already done had herses (translation: have competed previously), the fashions, dips, and reads are sure to be legendary.
Not only will fans watch contestants fight for the crown, but they’ll also see them hash things out behind the scenes when RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Untucked returns for Season 8 on May 8, 2026 – the same day as the All Stars Season 11 premiere. Because if you’re not watching Untucked, you’re only getting half the story.
