UFC flyweight champion Joshua Van defends his title against former champion Alexandre Pantoja in the UFC 331 main event.

Van won the title from Pantoja at UFC 323 after Pantoja suffered an arm and elbow injury 26 seconds into the fight. Van then successfully defended the flyweight championship with a fifth-round TKO victory over Tatsuro Taira at UFC 328 in May.

Pantoja enters the rematch looking to reclaim the title after previously making four successful defenses of the flyweight championship.
