Heading into play, the Cardinals are looking to lay the foundation for future success. Arizona has a solid foundation on offense with plenty of playmakers — including tight end Trey McBride and wide receivers Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson. The Cards also added former Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love with the third overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. The squad just need to figure out the quarterback spot. Perhaps third-round rookie Carson Beck will emerge as their heir apparent.

Cardinals schedule 2026
The 2026 Cardinals schedule features 17 regular-season games, and one bye. Highlights include back-to-back NFC West battles against the 49ers and Seahawks in Weeks 2 and 3, along with an incredibly tough stretch before the bye that includes matchups against the Lions, Rams (twice!), Broncos, Cowboys, Seahawks, and Chiefs.
