How many PAW Patrol dogs are there?

There are six adorable PAW Patrol pups on Ryder’s team: Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rubble, Rocky, and Zuma.

Meet the PAW Patrol Characters

On PAW Patrol, each pup character brings a unique skill set to the team, using their own gear and vehicles to tackle rescues that fit their specialties.

Ryder/Paw Patrol
Nickelodeon

Ryder

Ryder is a boy, and the leader of the PAW Patrol. Ryder adopted and trained each of the pups to be a hero to people of the Adventure Bay. Whenever there’s trouble in town, he gets a call on his Pup Pad tablet. According to Ryder, “No job is too big, no pup is too small.” There’s always a pup best suited for the job at hand, and once Ryder chooses that four-legged superstar, he supervises the mission from his trusty ATV.

Voice cast FYI: Ryder has been voiced by several actors over the years. They are Owen Mason, Elijah Hammill, Jaxon Mercey, Joey Nijem, Beckett Hipkiss, Kai Harris, Will Brisbin, Finn Lee-Epp, and Solomon Brown.

Chase/PAW Patrol
Nickelodeon

Chase

Chase is Ryder’s first pup, and the team’s second-in-command. This German shepherd is a police pup keen on solving mysteries, and eager to take charge. From his trusty police car, he relies on his megaphone and net to help with problems. There’s no need to fear when “Chase is on the case.”

Voice cast FYI: Chase has been voiced by Tristan Samuel, Max Calinescu, Justin Paul Kelly, Luke Dietz, Iain Armitage, and Christian Covery.

Marshall/PAW Patrol
Nickelodeon

Marshall

Marshall is a clumsy Dalmatian pup with big paws, and an even bigger heart. “I’m fired up,” is the phrase he likes to exclaim as he leaps into his firetruck, and rushes to the rescue. He’s always prepared to extinguish flames with his water cannon, or free an animal from a too-great height. Marshall also happens to be the paramedic pup, and is eager to offer first aid to anyone in need.

Voice cast FYI: Marshall has been voiced by Gage Munroe, Drew Davis, Lukas Engel, Kingsley Marshall, Christian Corrao, and Jesse Gervasi.

Skye/PAW Patrol
Nickelodeon

Skye

Skye is a small, but mighty cockapoo who serves as the team’s air-rescue pup. “Let’s take to the sky,” and “This pup’s gotta fly” are her signature catchphrases. She drops these lines right before embarking on her next daring helicopter mission.

Voice cast FYI: Skye has been voiced by Kallan Holley, Lilly Noelle Bartlam, and Mckenna Grace.

Rubble/PAW Patrol
Nickelodeon

Rubble

“Rubble on the double” are the words you’ll hear when construction pup Rubble is about to save the day. This hungry bulldog loves to crack a joke, and always has food on the brain. He doesn’t mind getting dirty in his yellow digger, but can also appreciate a warm bubble bath when the job is done. When he’s not saving the day, Rubble can be found skateboarding, snowboarding, and even DJing every once in a while!

Voice cast FYI: Rubble has been voiced by Devan Cohen, Keegan Hedley, Lucien Duncan-Reid, and Luxton Handspiker.

Rocky/PAW Patrol
Nickelodeon

Rocky

Rocky is a mixed-breed recycling pup who is very handy, and can repair nearly anything using parts from his garage. This master fixer loves to make new things with the junk he collects, a hobby in line with his mantra, “Don’t lose it – reuse it!” He’s fond of his recycling truck, and solving problems with his team – the only thing he doesn’t like is getting wet.

Voice cast FYI: Rocky has been voiced by Stuart Ralston, Samuel Faraci, Jackson Reid, Matteo Gutierrez, Billy Quinn, and Callum Shoniker.

Zuma/PAW Patrol
Nickelodeon

Zuma

Chocolate lab Zuma is a water-rescue pup who’s great at surfing and loves to make a splash. You can tell this playful pup is always up for anything by his laid-back catchphrase, “Let’s dive in!” He drives an orange hovercraft, and is ready to launch his buoy whenever an Adventure Bay citizen is in need of a water rescue.

Voice cast FYI: Zuma has been voiced by Emily Thorne, Carter Thorne, Shayle Simons, Jordan Mazeral, and Nylan Parthipan.
