The Paramount+ and Avatar Legends official YouTube channels have released “Assembling the Gaang,” a scene from Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender. The sequence reunites Aang with Katara, Sokka, Toph, and Fire Lord Zuko as they prepare to face a new threat known as the Denied. What happens in the “Assembling the Gaang” scene?
The clip opens with Aang sending a message to Katara after learning that the Denied are searching for an ancient staff once owned by Avatar Sonum. Aang warns that the artifact could become a powerful weapon and tells Katara to gather the rest of the team.
The message reaches Fire Lord Zuko during a council meeting. Sokka receives the call while showing off one of his latest inventions. Toph, now training metalbenders, also gets Aang’s request for help. Each of them agrees to meet Aang at Mount Bou.
