What is Trauma about?

Trauma is about one impossible night inside a London hospital under siege. When terrorists take over the building and seize the Prime Minister hostage mid-surgery, Jim Marchant (Madden), a former Royal Marines medic turned ER doctor, is the only one who knows the hospital well enough to fight back.

Marchant moves through the building floor by floor, and with every level he clears, the balance of power shifts. What starts as a rescue becomes a battle of strategy and nerve, with the hospital itself turning into the battlefield.
