What is Avatar: Seven Havens about?

Avatar: Seven Havens follows Pavi, a young Earthbender who learns she is the next Avatar in a post-Korra world. The new animated series takes place after a global event has shattered the world, where the Avatar is feared as humanity’s destroyer rather than its savior.

Hunted by human and spirit enemies, Pavi reunites with her long-lost twin, Nisha. Together, they must uncover the mystery of their origins and save the Seven Havens, the remaining strongholds of civilization.

Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, the original creators behind Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, created Avatar: Seven Havens and serve as executive producers.

When does Avatar: Seven Havens premiere?

Avatar: Seven Havens premieres globally Friday, Oct. 9, on Paramount+ with the first three episodes of Book 1.

Episodes 4-6 arrive Oct. 16, 2026, episodes 7-9 follow on Friday, Oct. 23, and the final four episodes stream starting Friday, Oct. 30. In all, Book 1 consists of 13 episodes. Release details about Book 2 will be announced at a later date.

Where can I watch Avatar: Seven Havens?

Avatar: Seven Havens streams on Paramount+. The first three episodes premiere Friday, Oct. 9, with new episodes arriving weekly in batches on Friday until the Book 1 finale on Oct. 30.
