A total of 13 UFC numbered events and 30 UFC Fight Nights will stream live on Paramount+ in 2026. All the big moments will be available to MMA fans for the price of a Paramount+ subscription, monthly or annual – and, yes, for the first time in UFC history, there will be no pay-per-view UFC fight events.

2. Y: Marshals (premiere March 1)
What is it? Executive produced by Taylor Sheridan, co-creator of Yellowstone, as well as its prequel shows 1883 and 1923, the CBS drama series Y: Marshals stars Luke Grimes in a reprisal of his fan-favorite Yellowstone role: that of Kayce Dutton, ranch operator and former Navy SEAL. With his days on the Yellowstone property behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and a SEAL to bring range justice to Montana.

Why we’re excited: For Yellowstone completists, Y: Marshals viewing is a must – especially since the new show employs such Yellowstone mainstays as Gil Birmingham and Mo Brings Plenty – once again playing Kayce’s confidants from the Broken Rock Reservation – as well as Brecken Merrill as Kayce’s son, Tate. The show also provides the jolt of narrative adrenaline that Sheridan fans have come to expect in any series with the Oscar® nominee’s name on it. Kayce and his teammates serve as the last line of defense in their region’s war on violence, and every day they must balance the physical and psychological cost of that duty with their obligations to their families and friends. How long and well can they possibly carry the burden?

How to watch: See below for all the info you need to watch and stream the Y: Marshals premiere.

Y: Marshals (series premiere)
  • Date: Sunday, March 1, 2026
  • Time: 8-9 PM ET/PT

3. CIA
(premiere Feb. 23)
What is it? An odd-couple pairing with a procedural twist, that’s what! From Emmy®-winning executive producer Dick Wolf (FBI), this all-new CBS crime drama centers on unlikely partners – Colin Glass (Tom Ellis), a CIA agent whose fast-talking, rule-breaking ways contrast wildly with the by-the-book methods of FBI agent Bill Goodman (Nick Gehlfuss). The duo must learn to operate together when they’re assigned to work out of the CIA’s New York station, investigating criminals posing threats on U.S. soil. Will the pair discover their differences are actually strengths?

Why we’re excited: CIA is a universe expansion of the hit CBS Original drama series FBI, now on its eighth season. And if FBI is any indication, CIA is sure to offer up great chemistry between its cast, compelling storytelling, and edge-of-your-seat action. We can’t wait.

How to watch: See below for all the info you need to watch and stream the CIA premiere.

CIA (series premiere)
  • Date: Monday, Feb. 23, 2026
  • Time: 10-11 PM ET/PT
  • Channel: CBS
  • Streaming: Paramount+*

* New episodes of CIA can be streamed live on Paramount+ as they air on CBS via the Paramount+ Premium plan, or they can be streamed on the day after they airs via any Paramount+ plan.

4. Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Season 1 (premiere Jan. 15)
What is it? In this Paramount+ original series set in the hallowed corridors of Starfleet Academy, Starfleet's next generation of leaders pursue the studies that they hope will one day make them officers. Under their instructors’ watchful and demanding gazes, the cadets pursue greatness while navigating friendships and rivalries, experiencing first loves, and handling a new enemy that threatens both Starfleet Academy and the Federation itself.

Why we’re excited: The cast is out of this world. As Star Trek fans, we’re excited about returning legacy characters played by Tig Notaro and Robert Picardo, as well as the addition of such A-listers as Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti to the franchise. But we’re also psyched that the show is introducing so many new faces into the Star Trek universe. Plus – like the untried cadets starting their Starfleet schooling – viewers can begin Star Trek: Starfleet Academy with a clean slate, franchise-wise, and still enjoy the ride. Yep, whether you’re a Star Trek aficionado or a total newbie, this series is guaranteed to delight.

How to watch: Star Trek: Starfleet Academy is scheduled to premiere with two episodes on Thursday, Jan. 15, exclusively on Paramount+. Following the premiere, new episodes will drop weekly on Thursdays, through the season finale set for Thursday, March 12. In all, Season 1 will include 10 episodes.

5. Coldwater (premiere Jan. 9)
What is it? This SHOWTIME® thriller series from Britain's ITV Studios stars Andrew Lincoln as John, a middle-aged, stay-at-home dad who’s quietly rageful about how his life has played out. His failure to intervene during a confrontation at a city playground brings his identity crisis to a head, and he decides to move his family to the rural town of Coldwater for a fresh start. There, he meets his neighbor, Tommy (Ewen Bremner), a charming pillar of the community, and is immediately impressed by the man’s confidence. But when John’s simmering anger finally boils over, he finds himself in big, big trouble – and indebted to Tommy. Gradually, the confident neighbor reveals himself to be the harborer of horrifying secrets. Just how horrifying? John will soon find out …

Why we’re excited: This British spine-tingler seems like the kind series that demands a binge-watch. We foresee cliffhanger episode conclusions that practically beg us to keep streaming, probably long past our bedtimes. With a premise this intriguing, we don’t think we’ll mind the sleeplessness …

How to watch: Coldwater premieres Friday, Jan. 9, on Paramount+ with the Paramount+ Premium plan only. Following the first episode, new episodes of this six-part series drop weekly until Friday, Feb. 13.

6. Canada Shore (premiere Jan. 22)
What is it? Filmed on the Canadian shores of Kelowna, British Columbia, this MTV series brings together 10 bold and unapologetic singles for a whirlwind season of romance, friendships, and full-throttle fun.

Why we’re excited: Canada Shore is the first-ever Canadian edition of the global MTV Shore phenomenon, and we’re more than ready to see our neighbors from the Great White North bask in the sun, party it up, and bring on the drama. With contestants from Vancouver, all the way to Halifax, Nova Scotia, we know this eclectic group will create every form of chaos imaginable – from eh to zed.

How to watch: Canada Shore premieres Thursday, Jan. 22, exclusively on Paramount+.

7. School Spirits Season 3 (premiere Jan. 28)
What is it? This stunner of a series centers on Maddie Nears (Peyton List), who’s stuck in the afterlife with no idea how she ended up there. Season 1 finds Maddie embarking on a crime-solving journey to get answers to her own mysterious disappearance, but finding that the closer she comes to the truth, the more secrets and lies she uncovers. Season 2 ups the stakes as Maddie comes to understand how she’s wound up in her purgatorial state, and realizes she needs to unite her ghostly pals with her friends in the living world in order to reclaim her stolen life.

Why we’re excited: Because we're hooked, that’s why. School Spirits combines supernatural elements with mystery, thriller vibes, and just a sprinkling of horror. The result? A show any human (or ghost) from any era would want to start binge-watching ASAP. Plus, the Season 2 cliffhanger simply sealed the deal; you can’t not see what happens next.

How to watch: School Spirits Season 3 is set to premiere on Wednesday, January 28 on Paramount+ with not one, not two, but three new episodes. After, a new episode will drop weekly through the season finale. And if you can’t wait for the new season to begin, don’t worry: All episodes of School Spirits Season 1 and Season 2 are streaming right now on Paramount+

Why we’re excited: We're always excited for a new season of Survivor. But Survivor 50? We are super-excited to see the Jeff Probst-hosted CBS Original reality-competition series mark its golden anniversary with classic players and new-era returnees battling for the title of Sole Survivor.

9. The 68th Annual GRAMMY® Awards (airing live Feb. 1)

Why we’re excited: Have you seen who's up for awards? Top nominees at the 2026 GRAMMYs® include Kendrick Lamar, leading the way with nine nods. And have you seen the categories? There are two new ones in 2026: Best Traditional Country Album and Best Album Cover.

10. Landman Season 2 finale
(dropping Jan. 18)
What is it? Landman is the addictive Paramount+ hit drama starring Billy Bob Thornton, and co-created by Taylor Sheridan (from the aforementioned Y: Marshals, not to mention The Taylor Sheridan Collection). Season 2 premiered Nov. 17, and while we hate to think of it wrapping up in the coming weeks, we also kinda can't wait to see the fireworks that are in store for us in the finale.

Why we’re excited: So, like we said: We're conflicted. We don't want Season 2 to end, but we also can't wait for all the storylines – Will Cami (Demi Moore) save her oil empire? Will Tommy (Thornton) and Angela (Ali Larter) live happily ever after? Will Cooper (Jacob Lofland) get Ariana (Paulina Chavez) back? Will Ainsley (Michelle Randolph) learn to cheer at baseball games? – to build to the finale. Plus, Landman isn't ending for good: It's been renewed for a third season.

How to watch: New episodes of Landman Season 2 drop every Sunday, exclusively on Paramount+, through the season finale.

What is it? The Golden Globes® are a celebration of the year’s best in film and TV, bringing together your favorite stars of the big and small screens for one fun-filled night.

Why we’re excited: Let us count the ways! Comedian Nikki Glaser will return as host for the second consecutive year after making history in 2025 as the first solo female emcee of the show. In addition, the Golden Globes® is adding a brand-new category: Best Podcast. It is the first major awards show to honor this creative form.
