
In addition to The Good Fight, Sarah Steele is starring on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning play The Humans. After scoring one of the coveted lead roles in the James L. Brooks film Spanglish in 2004, Steele has appeared in numerous stage, film, and television projects. In 2014, she made her Broadway debut in The Country House, directed by Dan Sullivan. Previously, she played the role of Susie in performances at the Geffen Theatre, for which she received an Ovation Award nomination for Lead Actress in a Play.
Steele's additional theater credits include the off-Broadway productions of Slowgirl, Russian Transport, All-American, Speech and Debate, The Netflix Plays, and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie. Also, she has appeared in a number of regional theater productions, including Not Waving (Williamstown Theater Festival).
Steele's film credits include The Untitled Gerardo Naranjo Project, Trouble Dolls, Brother's Keeper, The Mend, Song One, The To-Do List, Please Give, Margaret, Last Kind Words, and Man (short).
In addition to The Good Wife, Steele's television credits include Girls, Nurse Jackie, Blue Bloods, Harry's Law, Gossip Girl, and Law & Order.
Currently, she resides in Brooklyn, New York.
