On Sunday, Oct. 8 at 10/9c on CBS and CBS All Access, Madam Secretary returns for its fourth season and immediately puts Elizabeth (Téa Leoni) smack-dab in the middle of a huge dilemma—a murder case where she's the one being blamed.

The episode, entitled "News Cycle," spirals when the Assistant Vice Minister of Timor-Leste suddenly dies during a meeting with Elizabeth on the first day of the U.N General Assembly.

Elizabeth grows suspicious after the president of Timor-Leste ships the body back without a proper investigation. That's when a "fake news" story surfaces claiming Mrs. McCord is the one responsible for the Minister's death, social-media chatter reaches an all-time high.

Additionally, the Season 4 premiere will feature Dmitri returning to work with Henry (Tim Daly), as well as Morgan Freeman stepping back into his role as Chief Justice Wilbourne.
