John Legend, Kirk Franklin, DJ Khaled And More To Honor Nipsey Hussle At 2020 GRAMMY Awards

Meek Mill, Roddy Ricch and YG will also take part in a GRAMMY tribute to the late "Hussle & Motivate" rapper.

An all-star tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle will take place at the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT, and honor the beloved L.A.-based artist, who is nominated posthumously for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song ("Racks In The Middle"), and Best Rap/Sung Performance ("Higher").

Joining the tribute is 10-time GRAMMY winner and singer/songwriter John Legend, 14-time GRAMMY winner and gospel singer Kirk Franklin, and music tastemaker DJ Khaled, who is nominated alongside Hussle for Best Rap/Sung Performance ("Higher").

Also slated to perform during the hip-hop homage is YG, who appeared on Hussle's debut album Victory Lap, in addition to first-time GRAMMY nominees Meek Mill and Roddy Rich.

"An activist, entrepreneur and rapper, Nipsey Hussle had a lasting impact on not just his community, but also the culture at-large," said Ken Ehrlich, Executive Producer of the 2020 GRAMMY Awards. "There is no denying the influence he had and his legacy will be felt for generations to come. We are honored to bring together this amazing group of artists to celebrate Nipsey's life and pay tribute to his many contributions to music. It's sure to be a memorable performance."
