CBS Leads With 70 Nominations For The 47th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards

CBS and The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced the nominations for the 47th Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards today on CBS’ Daytime Emmy® Award-winning show The Talk ahead of the awards broadcast on Friday, June 26 at 8/7c on CBS and CBS All Access.

CBS leads the Daytime Emmy nominations with 70 nods, more than any other company. The #1 daytime drama The Young and the Restless received 21 nominations. In addition, The Bold and the Beautiful received 13; The Talk received six nominations; The Price Is Right received four nominations; and Let's Make A Deal received two.

The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation and Mission Unstoppable part of the Saturday morning lineup received five nominations between them!

CBS This Morning and CBS Sunday Morning each received two nominations, including for Outstanding Morning Show.

CBS Television Distribution received 13 nominations, with Dr. Phil, Entertainment Tonight, Hot Bench, Inside Edition, Judge Judy, Rachael Ray, and Wheel Of Fortune each receiving one nomination; Jeopardy! received six nominations.

Other top nods include Outstanding Supporting Actress nominations for Y&R’s Christel Khalil and B&B’s Annika Noelle, and Outstanding Supporting Actor nods to Y&R’s Mark Grossman and Bryton James.

Y&R’s Sasha Calle received a nomination for Outstanding Young Performer. Y&R’s Elissa Kapneck, Eva LaRue, and Jeffrey Vincent Parise each received a nomination for Outstanding Guest Performer.
